The 150kg Anti-Burst Swiss Ball, also known as an exercise gym ball or fitness stability ball is perfect for engaging and strengthening the core in various exercises including Pilates, yoga, physiotherapy, or other Fit Ball workouts.

It can be used as a seat, promoting core engagement by balancing on the ball, or it can be incorporated into various exercises creating an unstable surface to engage the muscles.

This exercise ball is made from durable PVC with anti-burst technology. It can bear over 150kg in normal use, its thick material can withstand regular wear-and-tear, and if it is punctured it will slowly deflate rather than suddenly burst.

This fitness ball comes with a pump included, which can be used to adjust the inflation of the ball to the desired size not exceeding the stated diameter.
